Sally will share both her firsthand experience with grieving the loss of her son Christopher in an accident at age twenty-one as well as her expertise as a therapist who specializes in addiction, trauma and grief healing. She will provide an inside look at grief, tips for how to support someone grieving as well as suggestions for self-care if you are grieving.
